Formed by Atli Örvarsson and Colm O'Herlihy in 2019, INNI represents some of the world's finest composers and writers.

Crash Ensemble is Ireland’s foremost contemporary music ensemble; a group of world-class musicians who play the most adventurous, ground-breaking new music of today.The Ensemble has worked with many well-known artists from diverse musical backgrounds, such as Steve Reich, Gavin Friday, Dawn Upshaw, Terry Riley, David Lang, Íarla Ó Lionáird, Julie Feeney, Gerald Barry, Gavin Bryars, Nico Muhly, Valgeir Sigurdsson, Michael Gordon, David Lang and Louis Andriessen.As well as performing regularly throughout Ireland, Crash has appeared in the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, the UK, Australia, USA and Canada.In my role as Concerts Manager I had primary responsibility for the ensemble's busy concerts and recordings engagements, as well as working closely with the CEO and Artistic Director to further Crash Ensemble's work both nationally and internationally.

In my role as Marketing & Communications Officer, I implemented strategic plans for our various activities and was the point of contact for our many member organisations and for the mainstream and classical music press.MARKETINGI had responsibility for our PPC marketing activities, database management, website traffic analytics and all the other marketing functions of the organisation. Based on results from analytics, I wrote a new digital marketing communications strategy for the company.I implemented the social media marketing strategy for IAYO, The Irish Youth Wind Ensemble and ConCorda.PRI was the point of contact for our 88 members and their affiliates, all of our stakeholders and the press. Blastbeat is a not for profit, social enterprise that focuses on teaching teenagers in Ireland and and the UK the importance of social entrepreneurship, using music as a medium. Schools form “MMCs”-Multimedia and Music Companies, and they must appoint a CEO, Sales and Marketing Manager, PR Manager etc. Their core goal is to run a music event in their local area, and to do this, they are required to submit business documentation such as business plans, financial plans and reports, event management plans and PR plans. In my role as Munster Regional Manager, I oversaw the young entrepreneurs, advising the team on how to write such plans and documents, and ultimately helping them achieve their goal of running an event in their area. The other side of my job was event manager. Over the four years I worked with Blastbeat I organized over 200 music events, including marquee events in large venues in Ireland and the UK.
