I have two children Archie and Ellie-Jae and married to the gorgeous Lisa Phillips, my best mate dad and my Marvelous mum, one sister, whom has three daughters, aka three nieces and my mother-in-law Chris and father-in-law graham. I love my family and love to socialise with my family.I have over 25 years working experience within local government in economic development, business and enterprise, employment, skills and training, external funding, European policy and regeneration. Over the last 10 years I have been leading on delivery of a programme called "Get Oldham Working". The programme employs over 40 staff delivering employer engagement, the National Careers Service, Skills Support for Employment, JETS, and most recently the RESTART contract, which the government has commissioned to help ooo's of people back into work subject to the impact of #covid-19.
