In 2013, I was asked to join the company's internal consultancy taskforce (FAST - Fixed Income Advisory and Strategic Transformation) as a Project Manager to forensically examine the efficiencies within the fixed income business and to align all of the Fixed Income businesses with the overall Fixed Income Strategy. For the first 12 months of this programme, we worked in partnership with McKinsey Management Consultancy.Since February of 2015 I have been in charge of the programme in Europe.Key repsonsibilities:Work with business heads and key senior stakeholders to identify specific areas of development, establish governance and target solutions through the period of the 16 week project wave.Run full diagnostics of target business using various tools such as staff interviews, staff surveys, skills matric analysis, time analysis, and quantitative analysis.Advise FI Senior Management and key stakeholders on formulating and implementing sustained change.Coaching staff and management on areas of development in both delivery of product and management of staff.

Hired to set up a UK and Ireland Institutional Foreign Exchange Investor Desk for BNP Paribas. Up until this point there had been very little penetration of the UK/Ireland Real Money Sector from BNP Paribas.Following 2 years of exponential growth, I was appointed Head of Northern European Investor Sales, covering Scandinavia, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, in addition to my existing remit of UK and Ireland, running a team of 9 staff.
