Working with public and private sector partners providing support to enable the delivery of housing and regeneration across the West Midlands. My role is an interface between the various strands of Homes England to its partners within the framework of the agency’s new strategic plan.

Working with our private and public sector partners to growth and regeneration within Derby. During my time I have had opportunities to work on the followings:-+ Enabling infrastructure delivery with our partners at Infinity Park Derby;+ Improving Derby's innovation credentials through the delivery of the NAMRC to Infinity Park Derby.+ Securing external funding and project lead for the Councils support to SmartParc which will create a new food production business park and lead transformational sector change for Derby+ Commercial close on phase I of the Becketwell regeneration scheme in conjunction with our partners St James Securities+ Supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure for the City through the Our City Our River programme protecting the city from flood risk and creating the platform for regeneration and shaping new places

My current role encompasses a full range of Asset Management and Estates services for delivering property and business functions including:-+ Project Management with multi disciplinary teams+ Asset Valuations+ Landlord and Tenant matters+ Acquisition and disposals+ Stakeholder consultation+ Option appraisals+ Development and implementation of property solutions+ Asset review+ Contract management+ Team Leader+ Procurement+ TUPE+ Resource planning

As part of the Strategic Asset Management and Estates team I am working on the Property Rationalisation Programme.

Real Estate Consultants providing asset management and corporate real estate advice to a range of clients including Nestlé, Pilkington, Invensys and Baxi focusing upon legacy and operational portfolios. Services included including property acquisition and disposal, lease consultancy, asset and portfolio management, real estate strategy, building surveying, site regeneration and property management.

I was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties within the office and industrial sector for a range of private clients, property companies and managed funds. In addition I was an RICS Registered Valuer undertaking commercial valuations for secured lending purposes, accounts and pension funds across all property sectors whilst also providing advice on Landlord and Tenant matters.

General Practice Surveying advice including freehold and leasehold agency instructions, site acquisition, lease renewal, rent review and valuation matters. Successfully completed Masters in Property Investment and Management and was elected as a member of the RICS.
