Jalalabad, Afghanistan

Advised the Commander of the 202d Zone of the Afghan National Police. Responsible for advising a headquarters commanding 28,000 police in Nangarhar, Nuristan, Kunar, Laghman, Kapisa, Panjshayr and Parwan Provinces. Focused on civil policing and the rule of law.

Arifjan, Kuwait

Planned deep operations against ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

Pentagon

Conducted systemic, Army-wide inspections. Recommended organizational improvement, analyzed systems, improved operational efficiency and solved problems. Served as an executive officer at the Pentagon divisional level on the Army staff.

Afghanistan

Advised the Provincial Chief of Police of Laghman Province in Eastern Afghanistan on security related issues. Subsequently served as the Chief Advisor to the 2d Kandak (Infantry), 2d Brigade, 201st Corps, Kunar Province. Specialized in cross-cultural communications, mentorship and training as a miltary and law enforcement advisor with foreign military.

Fort Bliss, TX

Managed and coordinated the efforts of a 2500 person organization during post-deployment personnel and logistics reset. Led a staff of 50 with diverse capabilites (personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, network achitecture, information management) and developed systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Iraq

Led the planning team for a 5000 person organization. Specialized in planning security force assistance operations in the Kirkuk region of Iraq. Worked closely with the United Nations and US interagency partners from the Departments of State, Agriculture, and Transportation. Developed cross-cultural relationships with Arab and Kurdish military and civilian.

Managed the operational staff of a 800 person organization in an overseas deployment to Iraq. Provided executive leadership for maintenance, logistics, and human resources systems. While deployed, built strong international relationships with Arab and Kurdish partners.

Fort Riley, KS / Iraq

Served as the chief of plans and fire support coordinator for the 1st Infantry Division Combat Aviation Brigade in Multinational Division North, Iraq (August 2007 - December 2008). Managed ISR and RSTA Fusion for the brigade that synchronized the efforts of twelve different joint, Army and contract surveillance systems (both manned and unmanned).

Fort Irwin, CA

Responsible for training Army units for war. Held positions as a scenario writer, training analyst, artillery firing battery primary trainer, armor task force fire support trainer, and live fire trainer. Developed proficiency in after action reviews, process improvement, and leadership coaching.

Fort Carson, CO

Commanded a 100-man organization. Responsible for its' training, readiness, logistics and annual budget. Deployed the unit to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom shortly after the 9/11 attacks.
