The above specialities are connected to the motor finance industry and I work closely with the key clients in order maintain and develop the business relationship.For our two major clients I am considered the "go to" person for advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance including; Innocent Purchasers (Section 27 of the Hire Purchase Act 1964), conversion claims by third parties (Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 and the drafting of Default Notices in compliance with Section 87(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.I also provide added value service to key clients by arranging and attending training sessions for their staff on all aspects of consumer credit including; Complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Satisfactory Quality/Fitness for Purpose issues and Fraud.I have line manager responsibilities for paralegals both at senior and junior levels.I have recently been included in the latest Chambers legal directory as an 'associate to watch' with a source commenting that; "He analyses problems with care and then applies excellent judgment in deciding the best route forward."
