Lead Recruiter
Current• Sources resume of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifies their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Involves in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.• Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.• Manage Job posting across all Job Boards.• Plan and manage the teams overall sourcing strategy including inbound and outbound lead management through various recruitment channels.• Partners with internal stakeholders to understand the company operation, needs and requirements.• Maintain performance measurement reports for individual recruiters and assistant managers reporting weekly to Talent Acquisition leaders.• Actively seek new recruiting strategies that continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market conditions and skill setsneeded• Continuously monitors the hiring process to identify areas of opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.• Conduct daily team meetings, provides one on one coaching and builds development plans to ensure downlines are meeting daily and weekly productivity goals.
