Manages the technology infrastructure for Maia Synergy, including in-house personnel, third party vendors and budgets. Drives development of our patented CMS so that the application operates efficiently and effectively, powering the various websites we support.

In conjunction with Western Michigan University and dozens of our state partners, we provide online education to millions of participants in the federal WIC program via the website, wichealth.org. My role on the project was to design, architect, and lead the build of the Maia cms, which powers the website.

Recruited, trained, and prepared the sales team for multiple verticals in which the business operates. In addition to managing the sales team, I also lead sales efforts for our Florida offices. Generated in excess of $1M in individual sales while also developing relationships with key national customers for growth potential in excess of $10M.

Worked with the sales team to create the online strategy, define the project requirements, and provide budget estimates for a wide range of different web projects. In addition, I managed my own sales pipeline where I exceeded all sale quotas and developed relationships with customers for continued success.

Lead the development of multiple projects at 352. I was responsible for managing the scope of the project, architecting the project's solution, coordinating staffing, adhering to development budgets, and estimating future enhancements.

Developed websites using the .NET stack, written in c#. Coding was done in a three tier OOP approach, focusing on code reuse. Key projects included national partners such as: Porsche Cars of North America, Ben and Jerry's, the University of Florida, and ERC Referrals.

Revamped the previous ad hoc approach to internships within the company. I created and executed the first internship program that was designed to support up to eighteen interns per semester, focused on web development, design and project management. Recruited and selected the interns for the new program, managed staffing needs, generated curriculum, participated in lesson instruction, and guided all daily activities.
