(and predecessor firm) I was tapped as Managing Director of US Operations—and member of the Global Leadership Team—after the acquisition of WG Compass. In this role, I paved the way for exponential growth by strengthening the operational infrastructure, upgrading systems, and creating processes to enable growth and for superior efficiency and productivity.Our operations team consisted of 2,500 employees in 58 offices across the United States, and 3,000 employees in 20 practice groups located on four continents.I led all facets of operations management, including business strategy, administration, corporate investments, and procurement, with dotted-line accountability for IT and finance. • Created a people-first culture that thrived on accountability, teamwork, and contributions.• Scaled the US team from 600 to 2,500 employees (and from 24 to 58 offices).• Played integral role in growing the global organization from 1,200 to 5,000 staff (offices worldwide increased from 35 to 105).• Implemented new enterprise it infrastructure with data analytics, business intelligence & CRM• Drove process efficiencies to save time and money and increase stakeholder value.• Advised the CEO and board of directors on M&A and strategic business decisions.

Charged by the original shareholders with leadership and direction to scale Paramount, an early-stage company, from five to 100 employees with superior top - and bottom-line performance. By establishing the trajectory for growth and providing consistent leadership across all business operations, the organization consistently outperformed, leading to an eight-figure acquisition by MediTrust (NYSE: MT), one of the nation's largest (senior living, MOB, etc.) real estate investment trusts (REIT) with $7B in assets.As one of the first team members of the company, I performed a wide variety of operational roles while building necessary human capital infrastructure. I was also a member of the REIT acquisition team, evaluating real estate acquisition and M&A opportunities (retail, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment facilities) across the US and abroad.
