Professional soccer coach, organizational leader, and consultant for sports organizations - to help 1) create best in class programming and services, 2) increase revenue and eliminate unnecessary spending, and 3) foster a positive growth culture that elevates the child, family, and coach experience.My approach is human. I believe in connection and building trust with my teams. My knowledge stems from many years of formal soccer education. Now, I learn and grow through teaching others. I still love to coach. My skill sets are guiding methodology and curriculum, training session design, and leading players and teams to perform up to or above their potential. My experience has shaped my approach. Rather than focus on winning at all costs (the finite game), I have learned to build up others, develop positive relationships, and creating inspiring environments for growth. This is the infinite game - a sustainable approach to building successful programs.I understand sales, marketing, operations, management, human resources, budgeting, and day to day key decisions that impact the overall fiscal health of any small business. I also mentor, inspire and motivate teams to collaborate and achieve goals for the big picture of the organization. Ultimately, I help create positive change in organizations - many of them, youth soccer (sports) related.I have had a positive impact on tens of thousands of families across the Twin Cities over the last 30 years. I own and run a small business. I have coached collegiate soccer, have worked with both men and women senior club players, and also enjoy coaching youth players of all ages and levels. With a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management and experience training elite athletes, my background goes well beyond the game of soccer. I hold certifications for Personal Training, Health & Wellness, and for soccer hold a United States Soccer 'A' License (the highest level), NSCAA Premier Diploma, USSF National Youth License, NSCAA Goalkeeper Diplomas I,II, and III. I also hold two High School Coach of the Year awards (2000, 2001) from my 7 years in coaching high school soccer. I am passionate about building future leaders by creating magical moments for future growth experiences.
