I was named a “visualization thought leader” by AllAnalytics in 2013 and speak widely on the issues of data visualization, open data, and data use in organizations. In both of my positions, I try to help nonprofits, research institutions, and governments at all levels improve how they communicate their work and findings to their partners, constituents, and citizens.
