Hurricane Katrina taught me a lesson when I was in college I didn't grasp until this past year (🤦🏼♂️...I know).I thrive stepping into the chaos of people's/team's problems and needs to provide real help to others. I see the pattern now. It started with relief work in Mississippi after the hurricane.My favorite time to build relationships is when someone or a group is in the chaos of problems. Little did I know, sometimes people don’t even see the chaos they’re in and I found I had a knack for helping them see the problem so they could get the help they needed.The chaos of the teenage years drove me to serve high school students and their communities for the past 20 years. It allowed me to build relationships with all sorts of people - investors (from all tax brackets), school administrators, teachers, coaches, parents, students, and community leaders.
