As a Corporate Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP, one of Canada’s top full-service law firms, I specialize in private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, securities law, and corporate and commercial law. I completed the JD Program at Queen's Law School and the MBA Program at the Smith School of Business.During my MBA, I worked as an Analyst at the TriColour Venture Fund, performing due diligence on real-world startups and advising investors on potential high-growth investments. As part of a management consulting engagement, I led a project that recommended a go-to-market strategy for a real-world client, which earned our team the David D.
