The Operational Service Management ("OSM") team within Operational Financial Services is responsible for creating organizational alignment and trust with partners while measuring progress against expectations. The OSM team builds trust for all those that come into contact with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Payroll. OSM is primarily responsible for creating Working Agreements that include Service Level Agreements ("SLAs") and ensuring we are monitoring our execution against these agreed-upon SLAs.

At Chick-fil-A, Corporate Financial Planning & Reporting exists to serve the organization by providing relevant and timely financial insights in support of Chick-fil-A’s sustained financial health, growth and compliance. Our work is focused on the centralization of key resources and ownership of the financial systems used to support corporate financial planning, budgeting and reporting according to leadership and compliance driven needs. I will be supporting multiple teams and will be responsible for, but not limited to:• Support departments and cross-functional investment teams with their annual planning and budget process, including the development and compilation of multi-year plan/budgets.• Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization strategy and goals; including financial value creation goals as set by Financial and Enterprise Strategy Teams.• Produce and analyze budget variance financial reports• Aid leadership in making informed decisions and to track progress against business plans by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information• Participate in the education of enterprise leaders surrounding financial acumen content according to Financial Strategy Team standards.• Coach, appropriately challenge, and encourage stewardship of corporate resources• Facilitate and consult to Chick-fil-A’s planning process• Responsible for estimating resource needs, meeting departmental/team deadlines for areas assigned, and interpreting and ensuring consistent application of Centralized Coding playbook according to both GAAP and Budget policies.• Serve as technical expert to Centralized Coding team for the departments and teams within Advisor assignment(s).• Systems that support more dynamic and agile ways of doing business including a next generation FP&A tool and Oracle Fusion Cloud
