· Assist with the training and development of new team members at a new Chick-fil-a location across the US.· Facilitate in operations training both prior to the store’s grand opening as well as after its opening.· Show full understanding of the Chick-Fil-A policies and procedures at all times.· Demonstrate all Chick-Fil-A’s core values with all team members and guest interactions

- Severed on a four person new member education team who were responsible in the education and instilling all fraternity values upon new members.- Responsible as the Ritual Guide teaching all members the ritual of our Fraternity.

- Founded a Chapter of Delta Tau Delta on Western Kentucky University's Campus and served as the Founding Chapter President.- Lead a team of seven individuals who made up the executive committee who oversaw all day-to-day and future operations of our chapter.- Represented our individual chapter as the official campus representative as well as to our national organization. - Organized and Facilitated several community service events for the local community and JDRF.

· Adapted and overcame tasks that required attention to fine detail. · Interacted with guests on a daily basis to provided assistance on how to solve many issues guest’s had.· Represented the Disney brand both during work and off Disney property while upholding Disney values.· Showed care and compassion to all guests no matter the circumstances may have been.
