As a Director of Sales & Recruitment I am accountable to drive revenue generation and grow IT/IQ’s market share in the technical recruiting industry. I manage the IT/IQ team of recruiters and Sales Representatives across the British Columbia territory. • Provide business development and sales leadership for IT/IQ’s growing Sales team. • Convert sales leads with the IT/IQ Sales Team focusing on our existing business partners and the further expansion of our portfolio by building new relationships.• Lead, negotiate and close deals with our sales staff to ensure we deliver for our clients and candidates. • Manage sales pipeline, accurately forecast projections, build valued partnerships and strategically allocate IT/IQ’s valued portfolio of clients across our sales team.• Manage internal resources (Recruiters & Sales Professionals) with a focus on career growth. • Successfully drive team and company success through the achievement of sales targets• Help build a company culture that expects success, encourages professional growth while managing to keep our environment fun, exciting and supportive.
