As operation manager for Studio Nightclub, I provided leadership and direction in the re-branding of the company and its facility. I initiated the implementation of a new P.O.S system and oversaw training of all employees, as well as overseeing the daily and nightly operations of the establishment. During my time in this role the company has been able to achieve: An increased overall customer base throughout each operating day of the week, and as a result increased sales. Increased days of operation to accommodate for the increase in demand created by the new customer base. Initiated the restructuring of the management team to create a lean organizational structure.

Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. In addition to maintaining fluidity within the kitchen and maintaining outstanding work relationships between staff, guests, and the kitchen.

Collaborated with colleagues to provide tailored customer service and marketed specialty drinks to promote the Café’s reputation as a location of choice for social gatherings; enhanced monthly sales over a 3-month period. In addition, I was responsible for Initiating the re-organization of the existing inventory system for warehouse management, specifically aiming to reduce delay between item transaction and storage; resulting in a revamped storage organization system providing better efficiency and accessibility for workers.

Responsible for serving duties such as cleaning, presenting good customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction; in addition to helping maintaining an efficiently functioning and organized bar space. Also learned a long comprehensive list of drinks and proper procedures to support my colleague bartenders, following the dismissal of the establishment’s bar-back; resulted in a successful transition between positions.
