I am a travel nursing recruiter with a focus on the following positions: -Perfusionist-RNFA-OR RN / ORTI started at Soliant in October 2004, in the Travel Nursing Division. My role is to secure contracts with new hospitals for our nursing division and primarily to recruit nurses to fill the positions as part of our contract with the hospitals. It is my responsibility to negotiate both the hourly bill rates for the hospital and also the pay rates & expense packages for the nurse to equal a suitable per hour margin for Soliant for each nursing position I secure. In addition, I manage the nurses as they work for Soliant, on site for the client. Both to manage client expectations and also the well-being of the nurse.
