With work experience in both non-profits and educational institutions, I'm equipped with event planning, digital literacy, content creation, grant writing and reporting, and research skills needed to program contemporary education events and content.In my current position, I work to deliver relevant and timely programming for the University of Michigan's Center for Southeast Asian Studies aimed at informing and inspiring the faculty, students, and the greater community about the importance of each of the 11 individual countries of Southeast Asia and their people.As a former educator, I understand that translating information effectively for different audiences is an important part of education. Whether it's an academic lecture or a social media post I'm invested in better communicating about and connecting the scholars and researchers doing amazing work across the humanities, the arts, and the social, life, and applied sciences.I am also an experienced and certified Blackbaud user (Altru) and I hope to continue to better myself in data collection and management. I hope to use this information to make data-informed decisions for all aspects of non-profit and higher education work.I also enjoy reading across different disciplines and genres, listening to a good podcast, being a forever DM for TTRPGs, and keeping an immaculate kitchen pantry.Photograph of Mt.
