Installation, administration, tuning and day to day maintenance of various webMethods/SAG components systems and work with other infrastructure, support teams to resolve system related production issues and coordinate code migration and patch deployments. Working with Development, Solutions and other Infrastructure Services teams, deliver an infrastructure solution that is technically sound, resilient to failure, operationally supportable, and meets the requirements of the business. Delivery of the infrastructure solution, hands-on build-out and configuration of the infrastructure, as well as project management skills ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on-time.Middleware support (Troubleshooting, E2E Diagnosis, Resolution in Network, DBA, Filesystems, JDBC, SAP adapters). Worked with Jenkins for deploying packages through webMethods Deployer.Key Contributions:✔ Drove on data retention project for all transactions received from backend, in order to accomplish SOX audit✔ Performed security communication protocols analysis for a correct performance and reliability data exchange with partners.✔ Involved in Kaizen projects to automate process and reducing time execution ✔ Worked in code cleanup activities for decommissioned flows through monthly reports, increased Servers performance due non required flows were removed.✔ Security: participated SGA Lean project to reduce time execution in customer IP’s addition Firewall for new projects with partners, reducing time by 60% in configuration and UAT steps.✔ Certificate handling renewal ✔ Annual testing in LDR and RDR, identified and promoted enhancements in plan and tests.✔ Participated in Migration version from Webmethods 8.2 to 9.5 and 9.5 to 9.12✔ Shell scripting
