While having fun building Server Solution (1U, 2U, 3U, 4U, 5U, 8U, 9U), I managed 4 other person to achieved company goal, scheduled the work load to meet shipping deadline, troubleshooting motherboard problem, missing drivers, updating Firmware, Bios, IPMI, remote login thru IPMI to test the workable IPMI system, flashing the Firmware into RAID / HBA storage system card, modification the cases as needed, installing the Operating System into new system, Linux CenOS, Ubuntu Server, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 7, 8, and/or Solaris. I tested (benchmark) the system with BurnTest software, or MemTest86 in order to make sure the system/s is working as customers requested. Other assignment that I do are helping customer with troubleshooting by phone or remotely access into the system/s to make sure their installation software, and/or hardware are working as expected. I also do troubleshooting for non working system, schedule the work load, quality control, implement job assignment base on priority. I have to make sure all parts and peripheral need to be installed by other technicians are correct.

I cased mail in casing system, delivery it in timely manner, make report of the suspecious package/mail to Supervisor and make sure all certified letters or packages properly delivered and signed. I also answer the question from the customer in or out of the post office. My last position was Mail letter carrier substitute; maintain 5 routes of regular mailman when they are on their days off, and/or on vacation.

I pulled the network cables from MPO’s through the ceiling into the users endpoint, terminated RJ45 Cat5 ends, and punch the cat5 cables into the patch panel. I tested cable speed with Fluke cable network tester/finder.
