Jonathan has worked with a wide range of clients in HR strategy execution and alignment, organizational assessment, change management, team dynamics, and leadership development and coaching. As of June 2022, Jonathan is consulting to the Board of Directors of The Astronauts Memorial Foundation in developing the organization's strategic plan. Jonathan is an adjunct coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, where he provides assessment feedback and coaches participants in various leadership programs. He directs operations for The Global Effectiveness Group, an international consortium of consultants and executive coaches supporting leaders in organizations who work across cultures or continents. Jonathan led Right Management’s team in seeing the US Conference of Catholic Bishops through its first major reorganization in 35 years. In this project, Jonathan coached the General Secretariat in strategy planning and execution, led focus groups, developed competency models, and facilitated workshops in leading and working with change. This project was recognized as one of Right’s top four projects world-wide in 2007. Previous management positions include leading global effectiveness and diversity efforts with Capital One, and process design and organizational development with Freddie Mac.
