• Led lean efforts of 23 kaizen events in 2019 that achieved $1.6M in continuous improvement savings, while maintaining a safety incident rate of less than 0.4, OTD of 97.5%, and external customer quality at less than 85 DPPM. • Led and facilitated Value Stream Transformations (VST) that were invited to compete at the Belden Lean World Cup six times, more than any single individual within Belden. Twice, my teams won the event; also a unique accomplishment within Belden. The first win was a transformation of the Hardline value stream that yielded $1.6M in savings. The second win was a global material pull system that yielded $10M in inventory reductions. • Led the process of Strategic Deployment Planning (Hoshin Kanri) to drive continuous improvement for the Global PPC Broadband companies located in Syracuse, St Kitts, Mexico, China, Denmark, and the UK.• Facilitated kaizens and supplier lean development around the world, including Thailand, China, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, St Kitts, UK, Denmark, Tunisia, and all around the United States.• Led Project Management of integration activities for product line and business unit acquisitions, as well as fiber portfolio expansion and machine relocations globally.

• Coordinated and developed monthly root cause determinations and countermeasure activities for PPC Global Operations, resulting in OTD of 97.5%, Recordable Incident Rate of 0, DPPM of 85, and achieving productivity target.• Facilitated, implemented, and sustained Lean Daily Management (LDM) processes at multiple Belden sites around the world including St Kitts, China, Denmark, UK, Canada, and multiple sites around the United States.• Trained and implemented TWI Job Instructions for the PPC China and PPC Syracuse sites, allowing the sites to maintain productivity and quality targets through significant headwinds.

• Facilitated the implementation of Lean Daily Management (LDM) at Belden PPC in Syracuse.• Led a Value Stream Transformation that achieved a sustained 100% On-Time-Delivery, increased turns from 9 to 13.4, saved $60k in direct labor, and reduced $300k from finished goods inventory.• Designed and implemented a plant-wide tugger system, revolutionizing material handling and continuous material flow.• Led the integration of approximately $1M of revenue from T&B plants during the Belden acquisition of the Horseheads plant.• Integral member of the Safety Deployment Team, contributing to over 600 days without a recordable accident.

Analyzed non-conformances, determined root cause and disposition, aided in the development of the ISO 9001 system, aided new coating development, PPAPs (Gage R&R, FMEA, etc.), preventive maintenance programs and work instructions, worked with customers to determine coating selection and communicate issues, maintained calibration records and service, reviewed and insured conformance to customer specifications, analyzed and reported monthly quality statistics, designed and created drawings for replacement parts in AutoCad Inventor.
