Responsible for filling any and all product in the store, maintaining clean/organized working conditions i.e. backroom cleanliness/shelf rotation, building and maintaining relationships with store managers/receivers/vendors etc., executing/helping sell in displays to ensure with brand visibility and growth.While the two am/pm positions do not vary much in terms of job duties, the lead merchandiser is responsible for communicating results, as well as any issues the night merchandisers faced throughout the night. If any merchandisers should need help, the lead was also responsible for doing what they could to get them the help they needed.

Responsible for covering assigned open routes, delivering/setting up smaller displays, resetting small store cooler shelving, putting up brand advertising in/around the area.
