• Develop complex financial models in order to evaluate project financing options, receive indicative credit ratings, and comply with loan requirements• Assist with financing and commercial negotiations in order to achieve favorable risk transfer, debt covenants, and repayment structuring• Evaluate project delivery alternatives to determine a procurement method that provides the greatest Value for Money (VfM)• Identify project finance and commercial structures that balance the priorities and objectives of key stakeholders, including investors, developers, lenders, rating and government agencies• Participate in the procurement process for public-private-partnerships (P3s), including analyzing the financial capacity of developers, private equity firms, and other firms• Perform due diligence related to infrastructure investments
