 Processing a wide range of forms including P45’s, P46’s and P11D’s to ensure that the Taxpayer is on the correct tax code Manual filing of Tax Returns and reports Contacting Employers and Employees by both telephone and letter to retrieve information from them Managing my time under the flexi-time system Updating and maintaining databases Using a wide range of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word

 Producing the Clients documentation in Microsoft Word from when it first came into the office as a “first draft” from the initial Consultants “visit” Following the Clients documentation from first draft, to approval, to “make up” through to “installation” and making amendments if and when the Client needed them doing A wide range of photocopying as part of the Make Up Team, this involved photocopying to Clients Specifications to make up the clients system Dealing with TNT who delivered the documentation and Consultants who were waiting for deliveries for installation
