I am a flexible and adaptable worker who has extensive experience with inside sales and customer service. References assure I am a hard worker with an astounding work ethic.I've had the opportunity to work with great people in an array of different environments.At 15 years old, I began working at Northgate True Value Hardware. In 4 years, I worked my way up to manager.With Muhlen Sohn Inc, I began working as a field Technician and learned what products were sold and how to properly install them.After traveling for a few years, I seized the opportunity to work with the production department. I learned the in's and out's of corrugated belt production and learned to maintain speed and quality.Managerial restructuring opened up an opportunity to become the Service Manager. In this role, I was involved with engaging and dismissing employees, coordinating jobs and travel arrangements, training, technical help to technicians and salesmen, ensuring toolboxes and products were delivered, documenting and communicating claims, and traveling to communicate with customers/complete jobs.Muhlen Sohn Inc had a opening for an Inside Sales position open and this filled my interest. This was a great opportunity to learn the administrative part of business, and found I enjoy the administrative side of things.After a great experience working with Muhlen Sohn inc, I graciously accepted an opportunity to work with Capital Machinery.As part of their Inside Sales team, I had the opportunity to see the administrative side of a different company. This was a much different environment with an extremely high volume of reselling. After 6 months of working with this supportive company, I explained that I didn't feel like this job was the right fit for me. Capital Machinery accepted this and provided a letter of recommendation. I value the opportunity and experiences I had here, and am looking forward to longevity at my next opportunity.
