Spearheaded multiple base-level cross functional process improvement teams spanning personnel, administrative, operations, and combat deployment processes; saved over 39k man-hours annually and saw several solutions adopted at the USAF enterprise level.

Assisted the Director of Operations managing the USAF’s largest and most diverse VIP transport squadron. Supervised over 110 personnel conducting worldwide VIP flight missions. Managed flight operations of 16 aircraft comprised of Boeing Business Jet (737), Gulfstream IV, and Lear 35 aircraft flying over 8,000 flight hours annually and executed a $1.4M operations budget. Coordinated with Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, State Department, and foreign embassies to accomplish 4,500 sorties moving over 6000 VIP passengers. Responsible for all aspects of operations, training, and readiness branches. Secured funding for the squadron’s training program during acquisition of a new Boeing Business Jet and provided quality assurance for the Air Force’s $38M simulator contract with Boeing Co.
