- Provide nationwide remote IT support for over 50 clients in various industries including Healthcare, Real Estate, Finance, Law and Manufacturing.
- Use ConnectWise to manage tickets and complete them promptly as to not breach Service Level Agreements.
- Install, update and configure line of business applications and work with vendors to resolve issues.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure reduced downtime. (Servers, Modems, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, AP’s, UPS)
- Manage, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft server technologies. (Azure AD, Active Directory, Endpoint, DHCP, DNS, IIS, RDS, Group Policy, Hyper-V, File and Print servers)
- Administer and support Microsoft technologies and email services. (Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Google Workspace, Mimecast)
