It Engineer - Tier 2
Current• Provide nationwide remote IT support for over 50 clients in various industries including Healthcare, Real Estate, Finance, Law and Manufacturing.• Use ConnectWise to manage tickets and complete them promptly as to not breach Service Level Agreements.• Install, update and configure line of business applications and work with vendors to resolve issues.• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure reduced downtime. (Servers, Modems, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, AP’s, UPS)• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft server technologies. (Azure AD, Active Directory, Endpoint, DHCP, DNS, IIS, RDS, Group Policy, Hyper-V, File and Print servers) • Administer and support Microsoft technologies and email services. (Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Google Workspace, Mimecast) • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access services. (Citrix, Direct Access, NetExtender, Pulse Secure, RDP, ScreenConnect, TeamViewer)• Deploy, configure and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, copy machines and other hardware as needed.
