Also providing stock replenishment during intervals.• Assisting at the Club’s Motspur Park training facility/retail warehouse. Stocking and sending out customer orders of products from the Fulham club shop website, answering phone calls relating to the stock and orders as well as liaising with the Craven Cottage shop to modify and correct stock levels.

• Providing service to customers in a variety of locations in-store and across the checkouts department. These include the main checkout bank, the customer service desk, cigarette kiosk, self-service checkouts, the smart-shop checkouts and inside the external petrol station. • Developing into a supervisory role, which includes the above roles, but also a focus on time management, queue coordination and management, training of colleagues and support for the shop floor. This also includes use of software’s such as Excel to help facilitate a smooth running of the department.
