• Assists department Director in standardization of State delegation oversight and performance management SOPs and activities.• Oversees Molina’s most complex, and high-risk, high maintenance delegated vendors who are responsible for covered services and benefits across multiple States to ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory and performance requirements in the delegated vendor’s contract with the Molina Plan, as well as the Molina contract with the State, federal or CMS contract• Project manage new business implementations for existing vendors as well as the onboarding of new National Vendors• Developed and assisted with Request for Proposal/Request for Information responses to obtain new business opportunities.• Responsible for departmental and vendor readiness for all upcoming state agencies Request for Proposals (RFPS) from existing and new markets.• Serve as the departmental subject matter expert in regulatory and quality requirements that govern Molina delegated vendor contracts. • Serve as Lead analyst within a team of Senior Analysts to ensure department policy is adhered to and that employee goals are in alignment with corporate mission statement• Develop and issue corrective action plans in addition to issuing financial penalties• Evaluates the terms and conditions of a variety of strategic vendor contracts (e.g., IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, Medical Benefit Management, Payment Integrity, Print and Fulfillment) • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of key financial and contractual vendor obligations to executive leadership.• Liaise with internal business owners and executive staff to mitigate risks and improve workflows, and relationships across the enterprise.

Manage National vendor relationships from initial implementation to day to day operations. Responsible for the oversight and performance management of all delegated dental vendor relationships across the enterprise.
