I am a Desktop Support Technician at NuAxis Innovations, a leading IT service provider that delivers innovative solutions to federal agencies. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University in Dec 2023 where I gained a strong foundation in the principles and practices of securing networks, systems, and data. I have also obtained multiple CompTIA certifications that demonstrate my technical proficiency and commitment to continuous learning.In my current role, I provide desktop support to over 200 end-users across various departments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. I am proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software applications and operating systems, performing hardware upgrades and maintenance, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. I am also committed to delivering exceptional customer service, assisting end-users with technical inquiries, issues, and training needs. I collaborate effectively with my colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. I am passionate about cybersecurity and eager to apply my skills and knowledge to protect and enhance the IT infrastructure of NuAxis and its clients.
