Role Responsibilities - Technical• Provide Technical guidance and support to team members• Design Relational Databases to support Westnet products and internal tools• Communicate with development and business staff to form system requirements• Monitor new database related methodologies and technologies that could be used to improve Westnet’s database infrastructure and the way we work.Role Responsibilities - Leadership• Ensure the Database Development team is meeting the needs of the company• Perform six monthly and annual appraisals of team members• Provide weekly/monthly reports on team projects and initiatives• Improve the quality and efficiency of the team• Prioritize and allocate work to team members and ensure the timely delivery of that work.
