In this role I am responsible for helping large scale Awarding Organisations to improve their reputation and the quality of their assessment products through effective use of IT. Specifically this includes:- Identiying organisations that would benefit from this approach in defined territories around the world- Involving domain experts to support Awarding Organisations in understanding how specific areas of their assessment process can be improved- Leading teams to deliver tailor-made RfP responses and highly relevant presentations- Determining whether it would be more helpful for the Awarding Organisation if the solution were to be delivered by a consortium of providers or RM aloneThis is a global role with activities in Asia-Pac and the Americas as well as the UK

Responsible for working with academies in the UK to provide them with innovative IT solutions for their new buildings. This role included:- Leading IT solution teams in understanding exactly what the academy was looking to achieve- Leading commercial teams to find ways in which the academy's requirements could be met within their budgetary constraints- Ensuring a full handover to delivery teams such that the facilities that were installed met the academy's expectations

Responsible for managing and developing the relationship with three strategic Local Authority accounts. Specifically this included:- Building relationships with valued contacts within the Authorities- Leading commercial workstreams to achieve contract enhancements which enabled IT facilities to be implemented into refurbished school buidings- Helping the Authorities to enhance the provision of IT to their schools within the framework of a strategic contract- Engagement with construction organisations with whom RM had contractual interface agreements

Leading bidding activity for RM under the Building Schools for the Future scheme, to help Local Authorities in the UK to implement high quality IT facilities into their new school buildings abnd provide a platform for 21st century learning.
