MISTI-Con is a Harry Potter convention taking place in a private resort hotel in Laconia, New Hampshire. It is organized and headed by The Group That Shall Not Be Named, Inc.The convention leadership consists of three people, a treasurer, a logistics chair (myself) and a formal programming chair.As Logistics Chair, I keep track of the entire "picture" of the convention. Ensure that everything that needs to be purchased is done so. That the other chairs and their staff are getting their goals accomplished and according to our guidelines. I am also heavily involved with the social media and website marketing, making regular updates to our site, monitoring our analytics and managing our MailChimp mailing list.

As Senior IT Technician for JKC, I handled all aspects of our IT research and planning. This included interviewing and hiring new technicians, creating training material, designing implementation plans, and policy.I also met with clients and assessed their business and technology needs as well as their pain points.
