Having co-founded Mum's The Word Music Group in 2005 with business partner Marc Sheinman, the duo completed a joint venture with the Dutch based SEG International (Sports Entertainment Group), representing sporting talent such as Robin Van Persie, Thomas Vermaelen, plus a global roster of footballers and cyclists. As well as previously running their own label at the start of their relationship Jon & Marc ran Digital Soundboy Recordings (Shy FX’s label) through it’s most successful phase breaking records from the underground to the mainstream from the likes of Skream, DJ Fresh & Redlight.Now directors of SEG Music Ltd, they’ve gone onto manage the careers of reggae and broadcasting icon David Rodigan MBE, chart-topping drum & bass star Wilkinson, seminal DJ/producer Breakage, Dismantle and Cadenza, songwriters Dom Betmead (signed to Paul Epworth’s publishing co.), Brad Ellis (writing/production for Leona Lewis, Sam Smith, James Arthur, Wilkinson, Little Mix & many more) and recording artists Jess Mills and Louis M^ttrs.
