Right at Home is a national in-home care and assistance agency. We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of elder care services. Whether it's for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help or companionship to remain in their own home, or as a respite for a husband or wife who cares for an ailing spouse, we can help with home health care needs.

Responsibilities:• Increase the awareness, image and sales/revenues of Copesan Services, which includes: Copesan’s National Accounts Division, Wil-Kil Pest Control (WI & MN) and Holder’s Pest Control (multiple markets in Texas). This was accomplished by developing the strategies and overseeing the marketing staff’s implementation of an integrated marketing plan. Elements utilized in the integrated approach were:• program development • sales support materials • television advertising • yellow page advertising • direct marketing • newsletters• tradeshows • radio advertising • market research • telemarketing • internet marketing • internal marketing • trade media advertising • brand development and management • public relations • Fiscal responsibility including the development and management of marketing budgets, vendor selection and relations, and financial statement analysis.• Member of corporate Strategic Planning Committee and Senior Management Team that developed and managed the implementation of the company’s strategic direction. This included participation and presentations at Board of Director’s, Stockholder and company meetings.• Past Chairman of Copesan Marketing Committee that acted as an advisory board in developing marketing strategies and also provided an information sharing opportunity for fellow pest management marketing professionals.
