Current• Prognosis Monitoring Engineer – • Maintain Prognosis patch and maintenance levels for 370 monitoring nodes• Conduct requirements gathering meeting with customers in an effort to effectively deploy a functional monitoring solution• Write, maintain and execute test cases based on requirements received from the customer• Build and maintain traceability matrix for requirements and test cases• Conduct test status meetings as the monitoring solution is assessed• Maintain Prognosis Web UI connectivity and security• Maintain Prognosis UC Reporter functionality and databases including data rollup• In place upgrades to existing Prognosis 9.6.1 servers to 10.1.5 • Troubleshoot existing Prognosis installations including Call Manager configurations• Work with IR Support Engineering for development case resolution• Add and remove Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connections and UCSC devices• Add, update and build custom monitoring thresholds and conditions• Write new Where clauses for custom monitoring exclusions• Update SNMP messaging adding variables that will add needed information to the trap sent be Prognosis• Responsible for complete Prognosis management and mid-level management architecture and deployments• Maintain documentation and training of offshore resources• Manage the Prognosis Monitoring queue Requests and Platform Requests
