Having created the concept of Briscoe's Artisan Jellies from within our Award winning pub, eatery and farm shop some 8 years ago we have refined the processes to create a unique range of apple based jellies to suit all meal occasions. Using traditional jelly making techniques we have developed a unique range of flavours including our award winning Cinnamon jelly and Lavender jelly among others.Our entire range boasts being gluten free, dairy free, fat free and suitable for both vegetarian and vegans. Available in sizes ranging from single serve to catering sizes and have just introduced our new gift packs. Retailing to farm shops, department stores, food halls, garden centres hotels we continue to grow our reach.
