Integrated Services - Hr Operations Manager
CurrentAs the HR Outsourcing Manager, I am responsible for the delivery of HR administration and operations services. Working across workforce administration, onboarding, talent acquisition, L&D, contact centre and global mobility, I make sure that our outsourced teams are delivering services to high standard, are continuously improving, and are prepared for transformation activities.I develop deep and trusted relationships with my internal stakeholders, and our provider, to identify opportunities for process and technology improvement, and simplification. Simplification of HR processes is key to helping employees navigate such a large company, and it's something that I really enjoy. I improve operational effectiveness of PwC by maintaining commercial, quality and performance metrics. I use data analytics and visuals to develop mine and others understanding, and I report to senior leadership regularly.I manage and mitigate risk by ensuring our outsourced provider remains compliant at all times. This includes working with internal audit, IT, procurement, and data protection teams.As well as being responsible for the delivery of services of over 200 people, I am also career coach to a small number of individuals which includes pastoral care, performance management and skills/career development. I have an excellent understanding of the full scope of HR services and operations at PwC.
