During this time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of Agile development methods and approaches.-Worked closely with the business readiness and operations team both internally and externally to land change smoothly and effectively-Led initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency through collaboration with other business and technical teams and implemented a culture of continuous improvement to standardise this approach. -Worked with other leaders within the business to assess new technologies and opportunities. This included spending 3 days in the Netherlands assessing data mapping software for “big” Shell and working with Kraken on early plans for Telecoms integration for Shell.-Mentored colleagues both inside and outside the team-Deputised for Director of Telecoms on a regular basis-Represented the Telecoms business in corporate Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
