I enjoy drinking coffee!I have recently managed a software project to build an integration platform for an Australian local government planning department. Managing a team of developers, BA and solution architect we worked with the client stakeholders using scrum agile methodologies and delivered a solution that reduced manual handling of records giving back thousands of hours to staff to work on more valuable tasks. The solution was delivered on time, seamlessly and within budget limits.I have worked on a couple of major ServiceNow implementations for a large Australian NFP over the last 12 months. Managing a team of SA’s, BA’s and engineers we have delivered a number of value drops across various ServiceNow modules using scrum methodologies to deliver their high value requirements over a number of release cycles. All releases occurred on time and to a high standard receiving perfect ServiceNow CSAT scores from the client.Working with a large NZ enterprise NFP I have run a DevOps continuous improvement program for the last 3 years providing support and improvements to their AWS and Azure environments.
