Working alongside a large team of joiners,craftsmen, glaziers and fitters from individual clients to large, commercial construction jobs across Victorian, and Edwardian South East London. Responsible for going into peoples' homes and building sites, to survey and assess the state of sash and casement windows and doors for their overall state and then to determine the best course of action. This could include the repair, restoration, and upgrade of sash and casement windows, and also covered a range of renovation and replacement options for timber doors.Proven track record in accurate estimating, solid attention to detail and project management. Solid understanding of the sector and the best solutions to suit the needs and requirements of my clients. As well as working with listed building consent, English Heritage and local council planing departments for projects based in conservation areas or that are listed.Years of experience of working with commercial clients and architects on small and large-scale renovation projects.The other side of my role involved all aspects of joinery associated with the installation, repair and restoration of all types of timber windows (sash and casement) and doors.

Working with listed and unlisted buildings I was responsible for co-ordination and doing the work to overhaul sash and casement windows, or doors, with Weatherfin Pile perimeter sealing systems. This also included weighting and balancing the sashes and ensuring smooth movement during opening and closing.Highly experienced in all types of timber and uPVC installations including box sash, bays windows, casement windows, timber and French doors.
