I am the Dean for the School of Learning Technologies at NTC which includes overseeing the IT programs as well as the Sports & Rec program. I continue to oversee all implementation and management of the Academic Technologies at NTC and have passed on my Instructional Design responsibilities.

I oversaw all Academic Technology as well as Instructional Design at NTC. A lot of work was put into streamlining processes and implementing Monday.com to manage all of our instructional design projects.

I was responsible for evaluating, implementing and supporting much of NTC's learning technology for our faculty and students. During this time we transitioned from Blackboard to Canvas and my team and I worked closely with the Instructional Design team to successfully transition all of our courses and faculty from one system to another. A few years back I implemented a web form solution to automate and streamline processes throughout the college. In this position I transitioned NTC to a more robust and reliable tool known as Formstack and have since expanded it's use across the college. This has helped institutional processes become more consistent and organized and has saved NTC countless hours in manual work.

Lead the Flexible Learning Team and the Help Desk Team. Expanded Web Conferencing adoption at the college from a few classes to hundreds of class offerings a semester by promoting its use and providing training to Deans and Faculty.Implemented Techsmith Relay for Lecture Capture at the college and now have over 200 classes a semester record their live lectures for students to review or watch if they miss class. I found a way to make it easy to expand from an IT standpoint while requiring minimal effort from instructors to get started. This led to entire departments requiring it as student surveys were filled with positive reviews and students begging for it across all classes.Administrate, provide support and train (both synchronously and asynchronously) for Blackboard Learn, Lecture capture, Web Conferencing, Web Forms, Closed Captioning and all media creation tools such as Camtasia Studio & Articulate Storyline.

I supported faculty, staff and students with multimedia software including Articulate Studio, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Connect, Camtasia Studio, and much more. I provided training and support in person, over the phone, via Adobe Connect and through constantly updated online video screencasting. I also produced media for the college including internal videos, Flash interactions, commercials, the NTC Geek Blog, etc.
