This position has primary responsibility for project Training and Super User/Go-Live Support to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets. This includes providing input to develop the strategy and vision for training, directing the design of and use of curriculum, and ensuring the training and go-live of clinical and business EHR implementations, inclusive of but not limited to EHR, ERP and core application suites.

Hired at the very beginning of JCL's go-live, I engaged & collaborated with my business owners to identify their needs, match their flows with Epic's model & work with the EMR analysts to pen a viable workflow that would provide staff the ability to care for our patients. I developed, modified and implemented, go-live training plans, refresher curriculum and system upgrade training. I have created and redesigned the MST environment during the initial go-live and subsequent upgrade. I have provided at-the-elbow support for multiple Ambulatory PN practices and for 2 hospitals during their go-lives. I have credentialed and supported multiple CTs increasing the effectiveness and impact of the Access (ADT-Prelude & Cadence) training program. I coordinate the New Employee Orientation & have streamlined a process that incorporates multiple departments (HR, Benefits, Clinical Educators) and now across merging health networks with split but mirrored departments.
