I help clients define digital solutions to problems that exist between their business and their end users.I have worked in the User Experience field for over 10 years, starting from a software testing background, growing into BA, Strategy and UX Design roles. I have been involved in the full end-to-end digital product design; from pre-sales and strategy, through requirement gathering, research, design, planning and testing for websites, mobile applications, Kiosks / ATMs, Augmented / Mixed Reality, CMS and CRM systems and internal applications for both the public and the private sector.To do so means being the link between the business and the user; understanding the business goals, the technical, budgetary and infrastructure considerations as well as the audience needs, motivations and desires in order to design the optimal experience. By ensuring the user is represented at all stages of the design process the end result is that both business and user needs are met in the most satisfying manner as possible.
