As Rector of St. Michael's Parish, I navigated the parish through a challenging transition of selling a church building and guided the congregation towards embracing a new identity as a vibrant Church without a physical structure.I developed new forms of discipleship learning and theological reflection, delivered through in-person, online, and hybrid formats.I transformed communication strategies by transitioning from predominantly print and email platforms to maintaining consistent updates on the parish's social media channels, website, and a custom-built mobile app.
