- Oversee development and sales efforts of international nurse placement business to hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare service companies. - Manage relationships and staffing needs for client portfolio of 25+ clients, including small regional hospitals and large national health systems.

- Lead and collaborate with sales team to identify and address each client's individual needs related to education, simulation, competency improvement, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. -Manage small hospital accounts in the South Central and Mid America territories (AL, TX, MS, OK, LA, OH, IN, KY, MO, WV) and other accounts as assigned.

- Played two seasons for the Southern Illinois Miners of the Frontier League, a professional independent baseball organization located in the Midwest.- Played one season for the Bad Homburg Hornets of the Bundesliga, the elite league for baseball in Germany.- Played parts of one season with both the Namur Angels of the Belgian First Division and the Manly Eagles of the New South Wales Baseball Conference.
