Since inception, Pathway has financed over $587 million toward fostering small business growth, promoting affordable housing, and supporting climate initiatives. We offer a complete catalog of loan products, from $5,000 to $5 million, and a full range of learning programs, from classrooms to one-to-one coaching, to businesses at any stage in any industry in Tennessee and the Southeast region. CAPITAL | SMALL BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LOANS Small business financing supports uses for equipment, supplies, real estate, refinancing, acquisition & more. Our commercial lending solutions span multifamily affordable housing, commercial real estate and sustainability loans. COACHING| EDUCATION Many clients Pathway Lending focuses on serving face unique challenges to business sustainability and growth. Our Business Advisory Services team coaches clients one-on-one so they can navigate the loan application process before the loan and grow businesses after the loan to increase revenue, jobs and creditworthiness. Launched in 2018 with support from SBA, Pathway Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) provides entrepreneurship training and counseling to transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses or survivors in Tennessee and Kentucky.
