Responsible for enhancing volleyball coach and player development throughout Nova Scotia by:- Facilitating coach mentorship opportunities, creating and leading professional development opportunities, and delivering NCCP workshops and evaluations- Aiding in selecting and training high performance beach and indoor youth athletes on a year round basis- Coordinate and lead the delivery of early development beach and indoor programs

Oversee planning of court sessions for 12 female athletes ages 15-18, driving their physical, technical and tactical improvements. Organize off court sessions with strength and condition, nutrition and sports psychology experts.

Helping with recruiting of volunteers for this three day Volleyball Canada National Beach Team Championships. Communicated with and scheduled all volleyball volunteers. Helped train them in their daily tasks, and supported them throughout the event.

- Scheduled and coached a team of 5-7 Merchandisers- Maintained displays, seasonal set-ups according to planograms and ensured upkeep of store look and feel through tasking of Merchandisers as well as all Sales Associates.- Managed daily activities of floor sales and merchandise activities including maintaining an effective weekly circular, sales planning, sale merchandising and managed shrinkage.- Managed stock ordering, returns and oversaw daily stock placements, shipping and receiving activities to ensure deadlines were met.- Opened store daily, unlocked alarms, completed walk through of store to identify any issues, maintained store integrity, and managed traffic in and out during off hours of store.

- Handled shipping and receiving, unpacking, sorting, validations and stocking of merchandise on daily basis- Set up and maintained merchandising displays, including seasonal stock, according to planogram specifications- Conducted daily stock counts against system reports. Investigated discrepancies and forwarded information to supervisor for further investigation.- Ensured a positive customer experience by handling customer inquiries regarding product locations, basic information about products and directed other inquiries to appropriate sales associates.
